This is less advice than reassurance, but it’s helped each of the times without number that sdn has said it to me: It will take as long as it takes.

As for advice, there’s no way that you don’t know about this already, but consult the oblique strategies, and reload as necessary.

    I’d never seen the oblique strategies before. They could become addictive, like a Magic 8-Ball or an endless supply of stale fortune cookies, so that one doesn’t feel guilty about cracking ten of them open just to see what they say.

    I really liked the peas in the lap, for some reason.
