I spent most of Friday (after being in Italy for 8 days) eyeing my belongings and wondering how much I could dispose of without sending myself into a panic 24 hours later with having wiped out my book collection. :) Like so many things in life, I think it’s a matter of having that brief break from our every day surroundings that makes them just enough less-familiar that we can be more objective.
