Is there any way I could reserve a copy of <i>The Rules for Hearts</i> for my best friend for her birthday? And, if this isn't a really bold thing to be asking, is there any way for you to be able to sign it for her? Her birthday is in March, but we are more than accostomed to IOU's as birthday gifts, because, unfortuantly authors usually don't consider our birthdays when deciding a releasing date.
