He seems very content.

A little insistent even. But I did eventually get him to move, and thus was able to open my box of copies of Rules.

Well, as your manager Snag is entitled to a percentage of your ownings. He was just claiming what was rightfully his. (And probably checking if he had made it into the acknowledgments.)
