I’m pretty sure I’ve got the SAD. Over the last week I’ve noticed Jim has started falling asleep before me, and waking up afterward. I started to wonder if he was stressed out or something, then I realized his sleep pattern is the same as always, and I’m swinging into my happy daylight mode, where four months ago I was sleeping like a bear.
