		<description>Well, it seems that I&#039;ve been somewhat cursed with this since I became a mother.  It no longer seems as necessary to wake in the middle of the night to check that he&#039;s still breathing, but my body hasn&#039;t figured that out and I&#039;ll find myself awake and worrying about stupid stuff.  What works best to get me back to sleep is to go into another room, pull out a technical manual or a textbook and curl up and read a bit until I&#039;m sleepy.</description>

If it&#039;s summer and there&#039;s no school, I just read, write or use the computer until I get tired (around 3 am) and sleep in the next day. If I actually have to get up in the morning, I go to bed and relax with my cat. Try this:
