The benefit of a broken iPod

…is that you get to listen in on other people’s conversations.

At the gym this morning, a guy walks in and is immediately greeted: “Hey, where you been? Haven’t seen you in here in a long time!”

Guy responds, shaking his head, “Day to day…I’m just tryin’ to make shit happen.”

That’s my new all-purpose vague excuse.

Dang, you’re committed. A broken iPod would be a great excuse to stay home and watch TV.

iPods break? Well, you know who to call….
